Workshop includes: • Anatomy and function of the pelvic floor. • Common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and exercises to heal them. • Learn what hyper-tonic, hypo-tonic and prolapsed pelvic floor muscles are, and what you can do to support and heal them. • Pelvic Floor Breathing that guides you to the natural flow of the diaphragm to release and engage the pelvic floor muscles. • Proper body alignment and everyday movement patterns to support your pelvic floor health for life. • Exercises and yoga poses to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. • Simultaneously experience increased empowerment for owning your physical health, better sex and increased mobility by decreasing incontinence, prolapse and pain. • A complete pelvic floor yoga flow • Women’s sharing circle, meditation, journaling and reflection. • Note taking supplies will be provided *Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing
