Birth Wisdom Yoga Prenatal & Pelvic Floor Privates are designed to prepare your mind, body and pelvic floor muscles for birth and mothering. Each 90-minute Private Session Includes: • An individual assessment of your Pelvic Floor Symptoms and health history. • Education of the anatomy and physiology of the Pelvic Floor Muscles • Practice of proper Everyday Movement Patterns, Pelvic Floor Breathing, managing pressure in the Pelvic Floor, and correct seated and standing posture. • A custom Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga flow to lengthen and release the muscles of the Pelvic Floor. • Birth Breathing and Softening from my book Birth Wisdom Yoga Remedies and Journal to prepare for contractions in labor, and optimal resting in between. • Prenatal meditation and visualization to prepare you for birth and mothering. • Research based poses to open the pelvis and create space for baby in labor. • Strengthening of your entire body to prepare for the “marathon of childbirth.” • What “owning your birth” means and how to prepare for a positive birth experience.
